Eupheme LLC ("Eupheme," "we," "us") provides an AI-powered communication analysis service for individual subscribers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

Who this applies to

This policy covers two groups of people differently: our subscribers, who use Eupheme to have their own communication analyzed, and other participants in a subscriber's meetings, who did not sign up for Eupheme but may be present when a subscriber chooses to have a meeting analyzed.

What we collect from subscribers

• Account information: name, email, subscription tier.
• Meeting audio and video that you personally speak or appear in, when you select a meeting for analysis.
• The full text transcript of a selected meeting, including what other participants said, used only to provide context for evaluating your own communication.
• Usage data: which meetings you've submitted, credit usage, and report history.

What we collect from other meeting participants

When a subscriber selects a meeting for analysis, other participants in that meeting are notified, both through an in-meeting notice sent the moment our system joins and, where applicable, in advance through a calendar notice. Other participants' audio and video are captured only temporarily, for the purpose of accurately transcribing the conversation and providing context. We do not perform any biometric, tone, or facial analysis on anyone other than the subscriber. Other participants' raw audio and video are permanently deleted automatically within 24 hours of the meeting concluding. The written text of what other participants said is retained as part of the meeting transcript for approximately 30 days, used solely to provide conversational context for the subscriber's report, and is never used for biometric, tone, or personal evaluation of those participants.

How we use this data

We use subscriber audio, video, and transcript data solely to generate the subscriber's own communication analysis report. Reports are reviewed by a human before delivery. We do not use subscriber or participant data to train AI models, ours or any third party's.

Who has access to your reports

Only you. Reports are never shared with your employer, your company, your board, or any other party, even if your subscription is paid for by an organization on your behalf. If a company sponsors your subscription, they may see aggregate usage information, such as how many credits were used, but never the contents of any individual report.

Data retention

• Your own captured audio and video are retained for approximately 30 days from the time of capture, then automatically and permanently deleted.
• Other participants' raw audio and video are deleted within 24 hours after the meeting ends, as described above.
• Transcribed meeting text, for all participants, is retained for approximately 30 days to generate and support the coaching report, and is then permanently purged along with the raw media.
• Generated reports are retained as part of your account for as long as your subscription is active, unless you request earlier deletion.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Biometric information notice

If you are located in Illinois, Texas, or Washington, additional state law requirements apply to any biometric information we process as part of video analysis. Where applicable, we obtain separate, explicit written consent before processing biometric identifiers, consistent with the requirements of applicable state law.

How your data is protected

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We limit access to subscriber data to what is technically necessary to generate and deliver your reports.

Third parties we work with

We rely on the following subprocessors to operate Eupheme:

• Recall.ai — joins and captures meetings on our behalf.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — stores audio, video, and report data.
• Deepgram — transcribes meeting audio.
• Anthropic — powers the AI analysis used to generate your reports.

None of these providers are permitted to use your data to train their own models.

Your choices

• You choose, meeting by meeting, whether Eupheme analyzes it. Nothing is captured automatically without your selection.
• You may request a copy of your data, or deletion of your account, at any time.

Children

Eupheme is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our practices change, and will note the date of the most recent update above.
